Workstations with the latest Windows 10 update are experiencing an issue where Power Users cannot open Word/Excel documents through the Web Client. 
 
Word/Excel will launch with no document displayed, and no ‘Retrieving from repository’ message is displayed.
 
This works fine on older Windows 10 workstations that were never updated.
 
If we revert the user back to ‘Administrator’ security, everything works fine.  Is the office plugin trying to write to HKLM_Software every time it launches?
