Forms 10.4 - Uploaded attachments not being sent from Email Task

I have been troubleshooting why a form process that has been working for over a year is suddenly not sending the uploaded document as an attachment during an Email Task. I have rebuilt the process three times now and cannot get it to attach. The upload stays with the form, through approval, all the way to the end, and saves into the LF Repository just fine. It just will not attach to the email sent to Accounts Payable after the approval stage.

Today, I created a simple form test process from scratch and still cannot get an upload to attach and send from an email task. And I have just realized that this has been happening since approximately when we upgraded to 10.4. Is there an issue here that needs to be investigated and fixed?

Yes. In one of my troubleshooting checks, I looked at the variable that was there and wondered if it was wrong, so I changed it and it still doesn't work.

Okay, just tried it again today. Reset everything, noticed that the variable name had changed, and ran another test. It worked!

Thanks, Ramika! I hadn't realized the upload variable name had changed when I had deleted it and added it back in!
