How can I search for all documents on my system and export it as weekly report?

So in a nutshell, you'd need to use a date token calculator to formulate the search parameters, then a search repository activity, then email the results using an email activity. Pretty straight forward.

 

If this all sounds completely alien to you, I would suggest getting in touch with your VAR and they can hopefully point you in the right direction, alternatively, there are some good CPP's you can do around building workflows.

Hi Ali,

 

This would certainly be possible using a Laserfiche workflow. Although I'm tempted to ask why you would want to do that, do you mean search for all newly created documents or all documents?
