Hello all, 

I have an HR repository that has folders locked down. to file documents, a user will change the metadata on a file in an "Import" folder and WF will file it away to a folder that users cannot make any changes to. So when the files need to be adjusted or maybe they put the wrong file type on it, I gave a couple of power users the ability to run a BP to route the document back to the import folder and changed the template back to a template they can make changes to. Recently a user has told me that they used to be able to have the document viewer open, run the BP, hit F5, and the template would change and the fields become editable. However, now when they run the same steps, they are able to see the template change and the fields do become editable, but the drop-down for the template selection is not there. I can see the name of the template changed, but they cannot change it. If they close the document viewer out and then open the document again, then everything works as expected. I was able to recreate the bug with a test user I have so it's not limited to her machine. 

Has anyone seen this issue or had something similar happen to them? Why would the LF client do this when web access has no issues with this scenario? I had her on 10.4 client and then I rolled it back to 10.2.1 to see if the older version would do the same, and it did.
