high data usage in the LaserFiche mobile application

Hi there, i wonder if anyone can help me. In south Africa, our mobile app use about 1mb per transaction for the forms process flow. This happens even for a step which displays nothing but a simple "accepts" button?

Is this normal or am i missing something? I know 1mb doesn't sound like much but when you have 12 people running the process around 240 times per week, it starts adding up data costs (which is still considerably high in south Africa) quickly.

Hi Ben,

1mb per transaction does look heavy. i would first check if auto save to offline and syncing are running in the background. Leaving those two options on could incur high data usage. 

Please check the attached image on where to find these two settings on the app.
