I created a form with an approval process. Basically it starts by the user completing the form then submitting it. It flows to the next step where an Approver approves the form. Once the form approved, it will be saved into the repository. Lately users who submit the forms requested access to the forms they submitted before the approval process is concluded.

Some of the users closed the confirmation screen that displayed the thank you message and the link to the form, which prevented them from downloading the completed forms. I did not setup the workflow to send a confirmation email to users who submitted the forms.

Is there an alternative way to download the forms while the form/business process instance is still running?
