Hi All,

 

I've seen this from time to time and just assumed it was something to do with a specific email. However one of our customers have managed to re-produce this reliably now. 

 

I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen this before and managed to come up with a solution?

 

 

Basically when saving an email and mapping the sender or recipient email, this fails and just shows as 'unavailable', but only for some emails.

 

I can't put my finger on what is causing this, any ideas?
