Required Signature on Forms missing when submitted

Does anyone know why the signature might be disappearing when a form is submitted? We have a form URL that our customers are using. There is a signature field on the form which has been marked required. The customer signs the form and then selects submit. Once the form comes into our Inbox the signature is missing and is again being required before our marketing department approves the form. Thoughts on what could be going on?

You have to create a second form for your process. It can be a copy of the original, but on the second form you need to mark the signature field as view only.
