We have a process involving users submitting Excel files through a Laserfiche form (file upload) into Laserfiche. We would like to make a decision in Workflow based on the text in the Excel file. However, we're not reliably getting text generated from this Excel file. 

The user account we're using to submit the uploaded file into Laserfiche is configured to generate text on new documents. We also use Workflow to run a search for these documents in Laserfiche and then schedule OCR for those documents using DCC. We will still have some documents that don't have text generated. 
 

Any ideas?
