In Laserfiche Forms 10.3.1.635, I am having a problem reading the text and fields on the task assigned to me. Here is the process--I click on the hyperlinked task and the form (task) opens in a new window. As I review the data on the page, I scroll up and down and these gray bars and spaces appear on the form. I can no longer see the fields or values to complete my review and approve the form. The weight of the line can be thin like 1/2 pt (see attached) or thick like 10-12 pt. (see attached). I am using IE 11.09.9600.19463. It doesn't occur in Chrome or FireFox. However, because of the applications we utilize (and Laserfiche), we must use Explorer.
I have tried the following and none of these have worked:
- Refresh screen
- Save Draft and reopen
- Refresh Tasks
- Restart computer
- Restart Laserfiche
- Submitted a new task
- Reassigned the task
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what is the root cause and/or how did you resolve (get rid of) the gray bars and lines?
