Error Message [The User name or password is incorrect] is returned when trying to log into Laserfiche Web Access (Web Client)

Hi,

I am trying to log into Laserfiche Web Access (Web Client) using my domain account user name and password. I am able to log into the Laserfiche Client successfully without any errors; however I get this error when I try to log into Web Access (Web Client).

This behavior happens if I try to log into Laserfiche Web Access (Web Client) internally within the organization as well as if i try to log into Laserfiche Web Access (Web Client) from an external location.

I do not get any code for the error message. I would appreciate any help or suggestion. Thank you.

Are you entering your credentials in the form of domain\accountname? Is the web client machine on that domain?

Hi Brian, Yes the Web  Client machine on this domain. 

I tried both combination domain\accountname and accountname, I get the same error. Thank you.

Ensure your installed web client matches your repository version

Re-check over the Connection settings under your Laserfiche Web Client 10.4 Configuration.

You can also enable Diagnostics Logging, that may provide some clues.
