How to Display a Message when a variable is selected

I have a yes or no radio button. When users select yes, I want to display a message. Any help would be appreciated.

You can add a Custom HTML element to the form with the message text, then under Field Rules, set it to Show that custom element when Yes is selected in your Yes/No field.
