High CPU Usage

Hi every one I am maintaining the Laserfiche to our organization and i notice that sometimes a very high cpu usage occurs and i dont know how to resolve it but to restart the service. any idea?

The server is running on 20 Core Virtual machine

and 16 GB of RAM the client and the sql are on one server

The high CPU usage could be normal activity, or it could be a bug, it's hard to say. To troubleshoot it further, please open a support case so we can get a process dump for LFS.exe.

Thanks Robert, Can I open a support case directly? Our local vendor is suggesting to separate the application and the database.

Your vendor should be able to open a case.

my vendor said that laserfiche dont do remote support.. only chat support
