Excel crashes

Using version 9.2.0.343 with Microsoft Office 2016.  When importing Excel worksheets, I receive the following screen during the import process.  This happens when either the Excel program is opened or closed.  How do I resolve?

Hi Ross,

 

We encountered this as an issue when importing Excel files while text extraction was enabled with the Office Integration.  Try going into Tools --> Options when logged into the client.  Under Generate Text --> General, uncheck the "Automatically extract text when saving documents from Microsoft Office".  

We are currently running LF 10.4.1.  I know there was a bug (115253) that was patched in LF 10.3 that addressed this in Excel 2013.  Not sure if that would apply here.
