Hello,

I just activated the Forms Authenticated Participant license, but I don't know where to store the lf.licx file. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Brian,

You are so welcome! Yes, the new license would replace the previous license file you had in place. I like to rename the current license file before placing the new one in place in case I need to revert any changes (i.e. lf.oldlicx). You will most likely need to restart the Forms Routing Service after replacing the license file.

Since you are activating a Forms license, it would go in the Forms directory based on the version you have installed.

Hi Molly,

Thanks so much for the link, that's a great one to hang onto. Please bear with me for a another question. The Participant license had it's own activation code, and when activated produced a lf.licx file. Are you saying that this license that was generated now will replace the previous forms license?
