For the most part, Laserfiche Forms is approved for sight disabilities, but the usability will depend on exactly what the user will be doing and how bad the user's sight is. If you are worried about color contrast and color-blindness, both form management and report building should be just fine. Even designing forms and processes would be doable in this case.

For users that require a screen reader, form management and report generation should also be a good experience. Designing forms and processes via a keyboard and screen reader is not yet supported.
