Error while constructing audit log: file I/O error or corrupted audit log. [9260]

asked on September 9, 2019

Audit trail 10.4 has stopped reporting events for one of several repositories.  All others are current but one ends on 9-4-2019 which is the same date as the audit log rollover.  The event viewer on the AT server contains the following.  I have tried restarting the AT service.  What next?

An error occurred:
Error while constructing audit log: file I/O error or corrupted audit log. [9260]    at Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess.Audit.AuditLogStream..ctor(AuditLogOptions options, Session session)
   at Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess.Audit.Auditing.GetLogContents(AuditLogOptions options, Session session)
   at Laserfiche.RepositoryAccess.Audit.Auditing.GetLogContentsByDate(DateTime startTimestamp, DateTime endTimestamp, Boolean attemptRecovery, Session session)
   at AuditDBService.LfRequestedLogFile.SaveLocally()
   at AuditDBService.Importer.ImportFromLogFile(LogFile log, DateRange neededRange, Boolean runUpdate)

I see this across multiple sites, any idea how to get this error in the event viewer to go away, or find the corrupt audit log file and remove it?
