Error reading trustee data from Laserfiche Server.

When trying to use the migration tool to migrate users from Laserfiche to Directory Server, I get the following error message:

Error reading trustee data from Laserfiche Server.

The given key was not present in the dictionary.

What do I need to do to fix this?

I recommend reaching out to Laserfiche Support about this issue. They will be able to run you through troubleshooting steps and get more info on the problem.
