I have created a custom quick search in Laserfiche client (as admin) and want to propagate it to the entire Laserfiche users accessing the repository. I have copied the attribute to individual users and can confirm that it works, but it is kinda tedious with over 120 users.
I have also tried with updating everyone group,Is it recommended to update the everyone group with the attribute? (have seen duplicate custom search when everyone group is updated). Also, not sure if i have done the appropriate configuration on this group.
Request to please let me know ,
1. Best/recommended approach.
2. Is there a SQL script that can set the users with default custom quick search in the drop down (say identify the prop val of the field that needs to be searched and update the default search with value that will enable the custom search for all users)
Any input is greatly appreciated.
