Searching By Assigned To Users Last Name Does Not Work in Monitor

When going into Forms Monitor and searching for an Instance or Task by the Assigned To users last name, it does not resolve. If I search by their first name only it works correctly. Forms version 10.3.1.635.

Hi Blake,

Actually assigned to column does not support search at all on monitor page. The columns that support search are: Task, Instance, Process.

I guess you might have set the first name on other columns.

Good to know. Is the information about which values are searchable in the help file somewhere? I do not recall seeing it in there.

Do other reports support searching other columns?

It's not in help file. The searchable columns are the same for monitor and report.

And correct: we support searching on more columns than the above 3:

  • Instance id
  • Business process id
  • Form name
  • Initiator
  • Process name
  • Current stage
  • Current step
  • Instance name
  • Instance status
  • Initiator IP address
  • End step
  • And variable columns of certain types
