Form shrinks when saved to repository

Is there a way to remove all outside form spacing when a form gets saved into the repository. There is too much white space around the form itself.

We are on Rio 10.4

Whilst I do not know for sure, I am going to say no. Forms uses wkhtmltopdf and it looks like ti just passes the html of the page and tells it to create a PDF. I cannot imagine you can intercept and chance the parameters it sends in.
