Hi,

We are using the "Upload" feature in a table in Laserfiche forms. We have several users who have complained that some uploads don't complete. When we marked the upload field as "required" the unfinished upload prevented users from submitting the form. When it's not required and the error occurs, the file name appears to write but never completes. In the screenshot below the finished upload has turned blue and has an "X" option to delete. The stalled upload has the name and file size but no option to clear it out and it doesn't actually upload.

When the user retries the same file will upload. So, it's not an issue with the file itself. Can you tell me if this is a known issue and/or how to resolve it? This is happening on a variety of browsers. We are on Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.3.1.635.
