laserfiche will not display results on weblink

LF will not display results for some documents on the public side (weblink), but it will for others, despite settings on documents displaying results and those not displaying results being the same. The files have been OCR'd and have had pages generated. All advanced settings for PDFs have been tried.

 

This means that when the public conducts a search for a particular topic, LF is providing zero matches.

Do you have the WebLink instance configured with a specific set of Laserfiche credentials? Make sure that the user that you have configured has permissions to see the appropriate documents.
