IIS Error When Trying to Install DocuSign Integration

I am trying to install the DocuSign integration and get the following error message:

The server I am installing on has IIS installed. I do have several other Laserfiche products installed on this same server. I have also made sure that all pre-requisites have been installed. Any ideas why I would be getting the error message?

This is a known issue with IIS detection on Windows Server 2016 for older versions of Laserfiche products. You can use the workaround in KB 1013672 to move forward.

Is there a timeframe for when a version 10 if the Web Import Services will be released so that this work around isn't needed?
