Data loss on backup error

Hi

A client lost their servers, when they restored the backups they detected that they have backup of the volumes until July 2019 but from the Database they only have backup until July 2017, there is some way to rebuild this database to include these documents even if they have to index again?

They have version 10.2.

The volumes only contain images, files for page text, and electronic document files (with no extension) so unfortunately, there wouldn't be anything there that could be used to rebuild the metadata and other information kept in the database.

The files in the volumes could be used to get page images, and electronic files assuming you know what the extension was supposed to be, but that's about it; all of the most critical identification information is in the repository database.
