There is no download package for Laserfiche Avante 10.4.1. After 10.4, the software download was combined into a single "Laserfiche 10.4.1" package.

Can you download any software packages?

Your company's LSAP (software assurance) plan is expired and for solution providers that results in disabling the rights to download. Any customers of yours with current LSAP would still be able to download 10.4.1 from their own accounts.

Are you sure your account has permission to download?

Check the following link:

Yes i do have permission to download. I am trying to download 10.4.1 for our client.

Our company does not have Laserfiche.

Could this be the reason why i can't download it?

I'm not sure, I don't personally know how VAR access is configured. You'd probably be better off contacting Laserfiche directly rather than waiting for a response here if this is an issue with VAR access.

Thanks, Laserfiche support directed me to here first and ask.

Seems like it's a question for them.

I got scolded last time I created a ticket for asking a question.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.

It sounds like you would just need to use an account associated with your client's company profile.
