Workflow Can Make Changes to Records Folder that Has Been Cutoff

In Workflow 10.4 when using the Records Management activity, if a Records Folder has been cutoff, workflow is still able to add entries to that Records Folder.

Are you sure the folder was cutoff? I'm seeing Create Entry fail with error 9559 if the folder I'm trying to put the document in was cutoff.

Hello Miruna,

What does error 9559 imply?  I am also getting Unknown error 9559 while attempting to assign a special security tag after a record has been destroyed.

Should we even try to move, delete or modify a record once it has undergone final disposition?  Our goal is to hide the Final Disposition of Records from users whom do not have rights to the special security tag.
