Forms download process image - No Text Showing

Hi All,

I have tried this on Chrome and IE to use the Download Process Image option.

The Image downloads and shows the Boxes and Lines however all of the text areas are blank (see below)

I have also tried this using all 4 of the different options but get the same result.

 

Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.1.164

 

Any help would be appreciated thanks,

Hi Mark,

 

Did you ever find an answer to this? I am running four instances of Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.0.1256  and have the same issue in one of them.

Hi Ross,

Unfortunatly not we still have the same issue and no solution has been found as of yet. We origionally only had this issue on our Live enviroment, but this has now also affected our UAT instance since updateing both to Professional Version 10.4.1.164

That is unfortunate to hear. We have an MSA with LFC so I opened a ticket with them and I am waiting to hear back. Hopefully with a fix.

I'm having the same issue with one of our customers, please do let us know if you hear back with a solution.

Will do. As a work around for the issue, I just took a screenshot of the browser window using https://getgreenshot.org/  (which is a great tool by the way)
