Laserfiche 8.3 does not see my Brother scanner

I have a wireless Brother 9560CDW Printer/Scanner and I cannot get the Laserfiche 8.3 Software to see it.

I am using Synergy 2.0 software for storing documents.

 

How can I fix this problem?

Synergy is not a Laserfiche component. Can you clarify where you're looking? (I'm not seeing any ISIS drivers for that model of Brother scanner, but they do list TWAIN/WIA drivers, so it should be available in Laserfiche Scanning as either a TWAIN or WIA scanner)
