Forms - Looks Different for 1 user

posted on August 21, 2019

Anyone ever seen this before? This only happens for 1 user account and have tested from multiple known working workstations. It is account related, not a browser issue.

We just figured it out, it happens when you have an empty email value in the [Forms]email attribute.

Thank you for posting the resolution.

This actually looks like it could have been the user's time zone that wasn't configured correctly. When you saved the email address on the user profile page, the time zone got saved as well and fixed the issue. If the user's time zone is not properly set, loading all the dates in the grid may fail.

Oh we were entering it under attributes in the admin console, didn't know you could do this right on the profile page, although an admin needs to set people's email for them, maybe that is why the instructions say to use admin console.

Hi Chad,

I previously had the same issue and it was related to the User account profile. As a result, I had to recreate the user profile on AD and it work like a charm.

Thanks.

Thanks for confirming, we might try removing their info from the users table and re-sync or re-create if necessary.
