Connector 10.3 Error

I have a profile that we have been using for several months, one of our users got a new computer and we downloaded connector onto her computer, she then got multiple profiles that were saying invalid profiles. 

I rebuilt the main profile that was used by the department and it tested fine, the lady with the new computer was able to access it and utilize it with no errors. 

Then the other two users (who did not receive an updated computer starting getting the below error)

It is set up to launch scanning in Windows client, but they get the error before it is even launched.

Is the OS different on the new computer?  I had the same thing happen when our users started moving from a Windows 7 to a Windows 10 machines.  I couldn't find a way around it and ended up creating new LFC profiles on a Windows 10 computer that worked on the new computers.  Now when they click the LFC icon on the browser, they have two choices - Customer Application (Win7) and Customer Application (Win10).

There may be a better solution but I wasn't able to find one at the time.

I am not sure if the OS is different or not I would need to check with our IT department. 

 

I was able to rebuild the profile on the windows 7 computer and now it is operation correctly for now on both versions so hopefully it will continue to work.
