Forms Business Process Library

Has anyone had an issue with their network blocking access to download from the Business Process Library in Forms and do you know what needed unblocked?

As soon as it opens up the second tab to essentially download the files, we get an error that the page cannot be displayed due to an internal 500 error.

The network is pretty locked down so I think something is blocking it.

You can try downloading the Business Process Library from a different computer and copy the zip file to the Forms server. For more information check the Offline backup section at the bottom of https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/business-process-library.htm#OfflineBackup.

This is what they are currently doing but this does not give them any updates to the processes made by laserfiche unless we download them again each time.

That means it is likely a connection issue. Usually that means it is caused by a firewall issue. Can you try to download the file (https://www.laserfiche.com/bpl/bpl.zip ) on the forms server?

We have had to allow the forms server the ability to connect to the Internet directly in order to get this to work before.

Xiuhong Xiang, Looks like I get a 404 when clicking on the https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/business-process-library.htm#OfflineBackup provided link. Hovering the mouse above the link shows https://www.laserfiche.com/bpl/bpl.zip.  Copying and pasting the link into the URL works though. Could you edit the post to have the right link?

I too received a 404 error.

If you click on the https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/business-process-library.htm#OfflineBackup the link that I provided or copy and paste the text into the URL it should work. This does require login to be able to download the new offline BPL.

Sorry, the hyperlink I added for https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/business-process-library.htm#OfflineBackup was https://www.laserfiche.com/bpl/bpl.zip in my previous post, I have corrected that.
