error accessing Quick Fields Management using Chrome

We have a customer reporting that they cannot access the Quick Fields Admin Console using Chrome and they must use Internet Explorer.

 

When they try to open it in Chrome, they are continually prompted for their credentials.  Once they finally click cancel, the get the below:

Any ideas on why it works in IE and not Chrome?  How can we get this working in Chrome (their default browser)?

We've seen instances where the prompt for credentials can occur twice, but I can't think of a reason it would prompt continuously unless the credentials are wrong. They are using windows active directory credentials, correct?

 

Is there any change after you clear the cache and cookies?

When they are on the QF Server and use IE, it always prompts them for credentials 3 times (we assumed there must be 3 different sections of the site requesting the credentials), but then they can access the site.  If they use Chrome or are on another machine, they cannot get logged into the site.

Yes, they are using Windows credentials and there is no change even after they clear the cache and cookies.
