Question

After Business Process Downloaded From Library

I have downloaded a process from the library and thought I configured it correctly but still getting Invalid configuration detected under Configure Fields. Once I select Configure Fields the fields all say The field no longer exists. I know I need to change this somewhere to point to my environment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to create the template or associate an existing template to mapped the fields.

As part of the business process library download, there should be a Laserfiche briefcase which is a collection of fields and templates for your repository. Upload the briefcase to your client or web client with a user that has rights to create templates and fields. This will add the necessary fields and templates for the Forms process to map to. 

Alternatively, if you don't want to add the template and fields specified, you can change the Forms process to use any of your existing metadata templates.
