Hello

The customer has Laserfiche 10.2.1, There are 6 physical volumes, 2 volumes are encrypted.

  • Default
  • LFDGO (Encrypted): Encryption Version 1 (AES128-CTR), it was encrypted since 2011.
  • Test
  • Test Web
  • LAFCU
  • LFDGS (Encrypted): Encryption Version 2 (AES128-GCM), it was encrypted since 3 years.

What Happened?

LF Service was restarted due to windows restart. So the encrypted volumes became “Secured”.

Customer Action:

Administrator logs in to LF admin console and decrypt LFDGS volume successfully.

As administrator informed us that LFDGO volume was not showing decrypt or unlock option but it shows that the volume is not encrypted.

Issue:

Using LF Client to Open any document  resides in LFDGO and LFDGS will show an error (6604), which I assume that all document in LFDGO and LFDGS volume are still encrypted and Secured. But it is showed as unencrypted volume in admin console. even option of decrypt or unlock are not there.

I checked Vol Table in Database I found out that encryption values are NULL for both volumes??

Thanks
