Migrated Laserfiche Accounts to Directory Server - Existing Forms Tasks & User Forms Access Lost

Client migrated Laserfiche Accounts to the Directory Server. The pending Forms tasks and the forms access rights were lost post migration. Meaning:

  1. Pending tasks for users were no longer available after the migration. 
  2. Users no longer have access to Forms that they were submitting. 

 

How do we resolve these issues? Is this the expected behavior from the Laserfiche Account Migration utility. We followed the documentation for the issue.

Did you run the Forms user migration utility as well? That should have updated the repository SIDs within Forms to the LFDS SIDs to keep the users properly mapped.

Yes, I did run the Forms user migration after switching the Forms User authentication to use LFDS as stated in the documentation.

Perhaps it failed with updating the SIDs since there were a pair of accounts for each user in Forms with one marked invalid. Had to delete the ones marked invalid.
