Forms 10.4 process promotion tool

Does the Forms 10.4 process promotion tool migrate history, drafts and in-progress processes to a new environment? If not, anyone have a way of doing this?

No, the process promotion tool only handles process definitions. You cannot migrate instance history, drafts and in-progress instances without pointing the new Forms server to the old database.
