Is it possible to have scheduled reports only include data since last report?

The scheduled reports for our forms (version 10.3.1) sends all form data from day 1 every time.  Is there a way to only have it include data since last report?

You could add a filter for This month, then set the schedule to report at the end of each month. When the next report is triggered a month from now, it will only include the instances from the last month.

I didn't know about the "filter" feature.  This is helpful, but I'm not sure how to set it to only include form submissions since last report.
