Word Document Viewer - 10.4 functionality - Internal Server error

Hi guys,

I installed the new 10.4 functionality to see Word Documents in the web client without having to download. The issue is whenever a Word Document is opened in the document viewer it just comes up "Internal Server Error". (We can still right click and view as read only or edit)

I have matched the same installation to one o n my VM and that one works fine. Has anyone else encountered this after 10.4 installation?

Hi Alex, would you please open a support case so we can investigate further?

Hi Sarah,

 

I made a support case but the advice was to completely wipe my server to a blank slate and start again. That's not really viable.
