Allow Executable files to be launched from Laserfiche Client

A Client is inquiring if there is a setting in Laserfiche that would allow executable files to be launched from the Laserfiche Client.

Currently the message encountered when attempting to do that is as follows:

 

Is there a way to allow such files/executables to be launched from the Laserfiche Client?

This can be bypassed by setting the [Settings]AllowExecutableEdocs attribute to Yes, on the user's attributes or the Everyone group attributes. Another option is to export the edoc to disk and launch it from there.
