What is the best way to assign a user task to multiple users? I am picking users from the database, thanks.

Is your intent to assign a single task that anyone on a team of users can complete? Or does each user need to complete their own task?

I would like to assign a single task to multiple users that anyone can complete. I do not want to create teams because there can be hundreds of departments and we have to maintain that may teams in Forms. Thanks.
