Is there any way to change this message that is displayed when the maximum number of connections is reached and the system can not handle any more requests. It just seems a bit confusing with all the possibilities listed, as if maybe it is a problem and not just that the limit is reached. We want to make it clear that there is currently not enough room for them and they will need to come back at a later time.
