She is using laserfiche 10.4 and Outlook 2010

When she attempts to drag an email from outlook and drop it into laserfiche, laserfiche will crash.
Using the laserfiche ribbon in outlook takes a very long time and has to reconnect to the repository each time.

Also, metadata fields will not auto populate even though the template has default values, namely %(UserName) and  %(DateTime).

We have attempted full re-installs of both laserfiche and MS office and issue persists.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
