I have a user who is scanning documents into Laserfiche. After they get scanned in there is a vertical line visible down the entire length of the page that is not on the original document. At first I thought maybe it was from the scanner but she can scan the same document to a share outside of Laserfiche and does not get the line in the final scanned document. Please see attachments.
Has anyone else had this issue? What caused it? How do you solve it?
