As I knew recently that the weekend days in the excluding are fixed to be  Saturday and Sunday and can't be modified.

Is there any useful & practical workaround to overcome this issue?

Another question, regarding the working hours, as we have due date per hours, how can we exclude the time out of the working days , for example if tasks due date configured with 3 hours and some request was assigned in last 5 minutes of working hours how can we exclude the rest of day and start from next day from first working hour)
