I have not heard of this particular error. Please open a support case so we can get trace logs to troubleshoot the issue.

Hello Robert,

I am the VAR who has a support case opened on our end for this.

I will open the case with LF.

Should I enable LFSO tracing and then try to replicate the issue and grab the logs for the case?

Thanks,

Jeff Curtis

Yes, LFSO tracing is the most helpful. A video would also be useful because it could be a specific column or report type that causes the issue.

@████████ when can we expect the hotfix? I am experiencing this bug as well.

My workaround was to print the PDF to the Adobe PDF printer and then use that file. The DocuSign envelope ID gets stamped at the top of the first page.

Hope this helps.

There is no support case for this yet (that I know of), if you can reproduce this please open a case so we can get the logs to troubleshoot it.

Did you ever get a solution on this?  I have a user having the same issue.
