Remove Business Process Instance Data

Hi all,

 

I see in 10.4 on individual processes in the Data Maintenance tab, you can set the instance data to be removed after X number of days. Is there a setting that can be updated for all of Forms? Or will we have to go into each Business Process and set to the remove the instance data after X number of days?

In the Administration area you can set a global policy for instance data retention, instance statistics retention and file upload retention. You can then override that policy at a per process level if you wish, or lock it to enforce the global policy.
