In Laserfiche Forms, I have a form that provides a WebLink link to the record within Laserfiche. I click on it and it opens the file as read-only. Perfect, right?

Well, no. The DCA (Document Control Administrator) reviewing the file sees a mistake, opens the Desktop Client, finds the file and makes a change to the file, comes back the task and clicks on this link again and the change that was just made does not appear. It still shows the bad version of the file even though it's been updated.

Can anyone explain why?
