Laserfiche app - iPad folder view limitations

When on an iPad (Air, iOS 12.3.1) using the Laserfiche app (10.4.5.118800), views are limited to 20 folders. After that, as shown in the below image, the remaining folders appear to be loading but never do.

This issue does not occur using the LF App on an iPhone.

I've discovered a weird "solution" and that is if I set the Forms Server to "None", all folders load. This is not ideal as then users do have the ability to interact with Forms from withing the app.

Has anyone else experienced this or able to replicate my issue?

Hi Chris,

We had a new App version release last week on Jul 30/31. It doesn't look like you have updated yours based on the version number. Can you please try with the latest version and let us know if the issue persists?

Hi Chris,

We are trying to reproduce the issue, but so far not able to. The spinner showed up for a fraction of second and then folders were loaded as the way they were supposed to. At this point, it's probably best for you to log a Support Case so that our developers can investigate further. Meanwhile we will continue trying on our end.

A side note on the "weird solution" mentioned in your original post. It is indeed quite odd, as the screenshot shows the folders in Repository, which should have no much relation to the Form server... Again, please log this case so that we can look further.
