Is There A Way For Form To Call Up Another Form?

Hello,

We are working on a Field Trip Request Form. If the Request requires an overnight approval then it needs to go to the Board for Approval. We already have a Board Request Form. How can we go about doing this?

Not directly, but you can call workflow from forms, and workflow can start a forms process. In this way you can start one process from another. Variables values can be passed along as well.

You can place a link to the overnight form, with the variables from this form pre populated.
